From 27th February to 2nd March, Vallelunga will be the venue of the 2006 season’s first official ITR test days. At the Italian circuit, the DTM cars of Audi and Mercedes will experience their first 2006 clash. The teams will use these for days for extensively testing and preparing their cars, at the 4.085-kilometre circuit that was built in 1951 and is located north to Italy’s capital, Rome.
The development of the cars should be virtually completed, therefore, the enthusiasts may look forward to seeing the first pictures of the 2006-spec cars Mika Häkkinen, Mattias Ekström and their rivals are going to race.
