Welcome to the second round of DTM. We have about 10min until start (or so i think). Warm up was a bit easy this morning. Green was fastest ad Luhr followed in last years Audi A4.

The 20 DTM drivers took it rather easily in warm-up in the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben. With a lap time of 1:23.990 minutes, Jamie Green set the fastest time with his AMG Mercedes C-Class, but he was 1.5 seconds slower than Mika Häkkinen’s fastest lap time in qualifying on the day before. Second place was occupied by Lucas Luhr in the year-old Audi A4 DTM. With 15 laps completed, Bruno Spengler (Mercedes-Benz) was third.
Luhr’s team mate Mike Rockenfeller, who will be starting second into this afternoon’s race after a sensational performance in qualifying, ranked sixth behind Mattias Ekström (Audi) and Gary Paffett (Mercedes-Benz). Pole-sitter Mika Häkkinen was seventh behind the German rookie. The most prolific drivers in the morning warm-up session were Daniel La Rosa and Susie Stoddart, who completed 21 laps each with their AMG Mercedes C-Classes.
The second round of the 2007 DTM will be starting at 14.03 h, the ARD is broadcasting live from 13.45 h onwards.
