For those of you in the U.S, this is not the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, will also be supporting the SC Bietigheim-Bissingen ‘Steelers’ ice hockey team in the 2010/11 season. The manufacturer of sporty premium vehicles thereby continues its cooperation with the second-division ice hockey team. The commitment again includes the sponsorship of the excellent youth work in the club.
For Porsche, the financial support of the ice hockey club is also a commitment to the company location of Bietigheim-Bissingen. Located there, among others, are the sales company Porsche Deutschland GmbH, the consulting firm Porsche Consulting GmbH and Porsche Engineering Services GmbH, each fully-owned subsidiaries of the Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG.
