International exchange students are guests at Hockenheim – Volkswagen Motorsport: “At the final race of the ADAC Volkswagen Polo Cup guest entrants will provide additional colour: as part of the Volkswagen exchange programme, young drivers from the American Jetta TDI Cup and the Japanese Volkswagen GTI Cup will compete in Hockenheim.
So far, the exchange students of the German juniors cup have achieved more than respectable results at their reciprocal visits around the world: Shane Williams won at his guest stint in the USA, Maximilian Sandritter finished as the runner-up in Japan and Ignacio Espinosa clinched second place as well at Zhuhai, China. After the season in Germany has ended, the champion and the best rookie get to compete as guests in the South African Polo Cup.
