No word if another manufacturer will join in but its getting exciting knowing that motorsport season is underway!
A first clash of the two premium manufacturers involved in DTM, Audi and Mercedes-Benz, will already take place before the season will be kicked off on 17th May at Hockenheim.
During the official DTM-test days, from 14th to 16th April at Dijon and from 27th to 30th April at the Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg, the racing team of the two rivals will execute their first joint on-track tests of the 2009 season. During both test events, the first day of testing will represent an official media day, with the DTM drivers being available for the media representatives should the respective appointments have been made in advance.
