DTM: Audi starts off strong in Zandvoort

DTM Zandvoort, Audi

With a 1-2-3-4 during this afternoons first test session, the Audi A4 is looking impressive again. Timo Scheider topped the chart with a 1:32.708. Martin Tomczyk reeled up in second with a 1:33.182 putting him 0.474 in the rears.

Mattias Ekstrom (1:33.298) and Edoardo Mortara (1:33.409) would take third and fourth place respectively.

Mortara is showing great skill moving from Formula 3 open-wheel action to the closed Audi A4 DTM car.

Mercedes would clean up 5-9th with last weeks 2nd place podium winner, Ralf Schumacher in 17th.

Oliver Jarvis locked up 10th spot to give Audi 5 cars in the top ten. He was 01.208 down.
