2009 Lotus 2-ElevenI finally downloaded the new AutoWeek Car Show Pack and it is outstanding. These additional packs that keep coming out are a great addition to the XBOX platform and Forza Motorsport 3 game. For us, the 2009 Audi R8 LMS (show car), 2009 Audi RS 6 and the 2010 Porsche Boxster S are the highlights for us. I already have 2 Audi R8 LMS built, but this one is factory spec! The Audi A4 finished second among the cars with the lowest fault rate overall (97.3 percent). Audi has achieved an impressive total of four first places in the ‘8th Internet Auto Award.’ In this, the biggest Internet users poll in the automotive industry, the Audi A3, A4, A6 and R8 models all came top of their classes and were awarded the ‘Carolina’ prize. Over 250,000 users took part in the poll on the online auto portal ‘AutoScout24.’

Audi today released pricing for many of its 2010 model-year offerings, which are headed to authorized Audi dealerships to meet strong consumer demand.
Audi is adding a variety of new vehicles and product enhancements in its 2010 model year portfolio. Chief among the advances: Audi stands as the only automaker in the U.S. featuring efficient and performance-tuned FSI direct-injection technology with all of its gasoline-powered engines. Audi will also offer navigation as standard equipment for a limited time on 2010 Audi A6 Premium Plus models. And every Audi model will have distinctive LED daytime running lights as available or standard equipment.

The latest Audi models have garnered top ratings for safety in four prestigious tests. The Audi A4 and Q5 achieved a top five-star rating in the new and more stringent Euro New Car Assessment Program (NCAP) safety tests. The U.S. National Highway Safety Administration (NHTSA) confirmed this outstanding collision performance and gave both cars a five-star rating in all categories. In addition, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), a U.S. consumer protection organization, proclaimed the Audi Q5 its ‘Top Safety Pick’ – the best buy when it comes to safety.

The brand was the readers’ first choice in both categories for a German-made ‘Executive Station Wagon of 2009’, as surveyed in the trade publications Deutsche Handwerks Zeitung and Handwerk Magazin. While the Audi A4 Avant took the laurels in the standard-size category, the Audi A6 Avant prevailed in the full-size category. Altogether 29 station wagon models were considered.
