There are some good solutions out there but in the end we came back to Google Calendar. We will also set direct links up to the iCal (.ics) file. Here is a list of apps that support iCal format. In the end Google is web based and you can have access to it from wherever.

This looks great. I’m looking for events for WRC, DTM, BTCC in a ical direct, rather than Google Calendar. Can you help?
Ya we aren’t to happy with the Google calendar include and we are working on another solution.
In the meantime here is the BTCC schedule: .ics (right click > save as)
