Ya right!!! Ok. So what does it mean to say that on 5/30/07 FM2 has been officially released to retail…? WTF? I went yesterday to get it and it was sold out at GameStop and BestBuy wasn’t getting it til the 31st. There’s a Target next to this BestBuy but no go and Circuit City is just out of the way.. 
Give me your thoughts!

It’s finally here! As of this morning, 5/30/07, Forza Motorsport 2 has been officially released to retail in North America. Those of you who have been waiting months, if not years, for this occasion, we’ve only got one thing to say: Go! Go! Go! (But drive very carefully to the store, please). And to those of you who have just caught wind of our very exciting launch of Forza 2, we urge you to give the game a try. From the very outset of development, the Turn 10 design team have embraced the philosophy to bring forth a game that would embody accessibility and inclusion for all types of gamers.

Yeah, I hate how most “release dates” are actually the date the game is shipped. In which case, you’re extremely lucky if you can buy it the same day. But you’re most likely looking at a day or 2 before it’s in stores.
I got mine at EB Games yesterday but the big guys (Best Buy, Futureshop, Walmart, etc.) didn’t get it until today. BTW, I live in Ontario, Canada.
