Alright, if you can’t wait for speedtv coverage at 8pm, cause I sure the hell can’t check out a few feeds here. The first is a page with live timing. Second is an audio feed from ALMS. So far 18 laps into it the shit is awesome. McNish was hit with a drive though for jumping the green, which put him back to 8th or so and hes now back into second. Traffic is already insane as well as this course allows the GT cars to stay with the LMP cars.

As I’m typing McNish is now back into the lead, 31min into the race. The other Audi is in 3rd now.

Practice 1-2 were a few seconds off qualifying times today. Posted times after the jump.
The short ALMS weekend at St. Petersburg, Florida means all the practice sessions and the qualifying for the inaugural Acura Sports Car Challenge of St. Petersburg are taking place on Friday. Two practice sessions and one qualifying session took place on the 1.8 mile temporary street course.
