Frentzen, come on man. Don’t be a puss! This is racing and it’s the DTM. This is not F1.
You need to perform. Your history with Opel is so-so. You can’t come to Audi and think that you deserve better if your resume isn’t!
Let’s take a look:
In 2004 you entered DTM joining with Opel. You finished 14th that season overall.
In 2005 you stayed with Opel and finished 8th. You had one Pole in which you finished 3rd.
You have 2 seasons under your belt and your a mid to back of the field racer. There are tons of up/downs in DTM as well as all other series. Look at Tom, he’s kills it and probably would have taken the series but he had a bunch of issues. Is he crying? Storming off and quiting?
How about Eki? 8th in 2001, 3rd in 2002, 4th in 2003, Champ in 2004, 2nd in 2005 and had a shitty year this season. He stuck it out. He had some great showing but also some not so good ones.. he placed 8th right behind you!
Do we want to go with Tomzyck who placed 4th this year overall? He has 6 seasons now under his belt!
Kristensen? Ha, your not in the same league!
