Great news! Audi will continue it’s racing in the DTM series for 2006. Thats not all, they expanded the program till the end of 2008.
After some hesitating the AUDI executive committee did not only decide to a continuation of the DTM commitment in the coming year, the Ingolstaedter wants to participate now until including 2008 in the German route car of masters.
This is all on the heels of Opel pulling out for ‘06, and MG never made it last year with all their issues. Now we just need BMW to enter. Oh, how I would love Audi to stomp them as well.
